I had to have a page about cheese. I love cheese. Creamy Havarti, well-aged cheddar, Gorgonzola… I love a slice with a nice glass of red and I love it melted on a cube of bread. (Channeling Dr. Seuss for a moment….) A must for any burger, extra on my pizza please. What is your favorite cheese — I cannot decide; they are all so deserving, delightful, different.
