Roasted Garlic

So easy and delicious!  Roasted garlic is great as a topping for crusty bread, pizza or mixed with your favorite skillet dinner.

  • 3 Garlic Bulbs
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

Slice the top of the bulb to expose the garlic cloves.  Place in a shallow oven-proof dish.  Drizzle with olive oil.  Bake at 300 for about an hour.  Check occasionally and watch for the light caramel color.  Cloves should be soft when pressed with a butter knife - spreadable.

Save leftovers covered in the refrigerator for about a week.
